Mail In Repair?
We dont offer this service at this moment. We did in the past but we always prioritised outcall jobs over mail in repairs. We hope to offer mail in repair again in the future.
Why Repair The Cracks In My Samsung? Cant I Just Leave It As It Is?
Theres many different reasons to have your samsung screen repaired. We will explain two of the biggest reasons;
To avoid further damage
What might start of as a harmless crack will likely lead to further problems as time progresses. Shards of glass may embed into the amoled causing screen bleeds which appear as black blobs or create vertical lines. Moisture from rain may seep into the cracks which may cause flickering causing your screen to fail and go out. Which will then require you to replace the screen or find a replacement phone. Since the amoled on samsung phones is by far the most valuable part of the phone (new amoleds can cause as much as the entire phone) its highly advisable to have the screen repaired as soon as possible especially if the amoled is fine and its just a front glass repair.
The value of the phone
Samsung phones especially the later models no surprise can cost a lot. But if the screen is cracked the value of your phone will be significantly decreased. If the front glass is damaged and the amoled is fine it makes sense to have a front glass replacement. Especially if your looking to sell the phone as your much more likely to get a much better price.
Ill Just Repair It Myself?
Attempting to repair your samsung phone yourself will very likely lead to further damage, resulting in a large repair bill when you then decide to then take it to a professional. Samsung front glass repair takes a high level of skill, patience and experience. It also requires specialist equipment which is very costly.
Can I Book My Repair To Any Place Of My Choice?
Yes we are able to carry out repairs at your home or office, all we require is a very small space to carry out the repair and also to plug in our equipment.
Do You Cover All Of London?
We carry out repairs serving most of London but if its too far (more than an hour away), unfortunately we wont be able to. Please contact to confirm.
Are All Parts You Use For Repair Genuine Samsung?
For samsung front glass repair we only use genuine OEM original gorilla glass as used by samsung. So its high quality, durable and scratch proof as expected and gives you the crystal clear screen you once had. The glues and adhesives we use are of the highest quality including using TESA tape and Mitsubishi OCA (optically clear adhesive). So with us we will guarantee getting your phone looking and performing like new.
Do You Offer Warranty On Repairs?
Yes all repairs done by ourselves include a 12 month warranty. Please note this doesnt cover accidental damage, so please take care of your phone once its repaired!
Do You Have Any Additional Services?
In addition to the samsung screen replace service, we also replace cracked or damaged back panels, replace fatigued batteries, a list of all the services we provide is on the home page. Please note we only offer these as additional repairs so when booking please inform us of any additional repairs you would like to have done.
Do I Need To Back Up My Data?
As we only repair the screen of your phone there is no need. But we advise you to back up any essential data such as contacts and pictures just in case anything happens. This has not happened as of yet, but we like to be extra cautious.
